Dearest Dave,
INTEGRATION goes very deeply into my soul I have the feeling, it touches something really deeply. It made me cry, but also made me feel loved and it opened the way to the tears. So I’m sitting here with tears in my eyes, but it feels very freeing. Wow, thank you so so very much for this. I will listen to it over and over again, because it has something very special.
And also I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your words, which also touch me enormously.
We really had a very difficult year, or maybe longer than that even.
It was a time where there was a lot of grief, but also a lot of gratitude for everything we had together. And many other things. A lot of thinking also.
It takes time and it‘s a whole process.
Thank you so much for being open to me and telling me about your journey and your decision which I find just the right thing to do. It was a decision for you and for your health and wellbeing.
I have learnt over this year that I need more time for myself also. Where I just do what I feel like doing. And I want to get to a place where I allow myself a lot more of that. That I can stop functioning and start living more. Be in the moment more and not be in the future and in my thoughts too much.
Thank you so much for that idea of TM. I will definitily have a look into that.
By the way, my sister is a support, just as I am a support to her. We are feeling more or less the same and we both are struggling. But we support each other, just like we always did.
Love to you also dear David, and thank you so so much. You are an amazing person.

I was very impressed with the melody that David created for me, with just a few ideas of where my life is currently at.
I cherish the tune.. I play it when I feel discouraged, and try to move on.
David has a true gift, and I am thrilled he reached out to me.

David, I would truly like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the beautiful music you wrote for my Granddaughter. on Jan 29th, 2021 Willow was totally shocked her grandmother had this done for her, and she loved it This piece fit her perfect.I did explain to her who you were and the different things you do with your music .She was alitte in awe blushing with a tear or two running down her cheeks ,It had really been a diffcult time for her this past week. She did want me to let you know she loved it ..Her dad and I have the piece filed so when she gets older we will be able to give her a copy. I also wanted to let you know the school issue was taken care of to her dads and my satisfaction.
she goes back to school Thursday.. David I did send you a message the day we got it. but I think I posted it to the wrong address on the e-mail I'm very sorry about that ,.Again thank you so much for bring some joy back to my Granddaughter's life. David is an amazing man, I told him about my brother dying of covid at the age of 49, and how we are all suffering, he was so lovely and said how sorry he was, and wrote the most amazing piece of work for me and my family, it made us cry it was just so beautiful xxx

Thank you so much David for your lovely piano piece for my dad. I did try to find an email address but wasn’t sure it was the right one!
My dad always told people he had a friend in simply red, always told people how you were his mate. It was never someone he knew, always friend.
When dad made friendships, they were forever (unless someone gave him a reason otherwise)
He never forgot people and would see people he remembered from being a child, he wouldn’t forget.
He listened to simply red until the day came, he even got me into it too.
Thank you so much for the piece you did, I believe he should have been a spy but missed his calling somehow. It brings great comfort and I think what you do for people who have suffered a loss is absolutely amazing.
Thank you again and thank you for your music who brought joy to not just my dad - but many people out there.

A top rate, highly respected keyboard player and programmer. Seen him many times with Simply Red. A great musician. Have bought his album and enjoy listening to it. Keep up the good work.
